RMH Read

Richard Read, BSc(Chem Eng), FCA, aged 70, is the non-executive Chairman of the Group, a position he has held since the Group's flotation in 1991. He is a director of a number of companies. He was previously a partner in Touche Ross & Co until 1981. He is a Chartered Accountant.

AJ Biles

Adrian Biles, LLB aged 40, is a partner in ACR Solicitors LLP. He has been an executive director since January 1998. He joined the Group in 1994. Prior to that he spent three years with Theodore Goddard, a large City of London law firm, after qualifying as a solicitor. He is currently the Managing Director of the Group.

JCM Biles

John Biles, BSc, FCA, aged 67, has been a director since Culver's flotation in 1991. He became Finance Director in January 2005. He was also Chairman of World Travel Holdings. He was Chairman of Wyndham Motor Group PLC (which was demerged from Culver in 1997) until its acquisition by Ryland Group plc in May 1999. He was previously a partner in Touche Ross & Co until 1980.

CJ Yates

Christopher Yates, MA, ACA, is aged 52. Since 2003, he has been an executive director of Corporate Finance Partners Limited, a corporate finance advisory firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a nonexecutive director of Phoenix Administration Services Limited, a private company involved in third party fund administration. He was previously a director of corporate finance at Credit Lyonnais Securities, which he joined in 1983 following a secondment by Touche Ross & Co to work for the London Stock Exchange. Christopher became a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance in 1999 and was Chairman from 2001.
